check in was simple and check out too. the hotel is near the main train station, just a short walk. the staff were helpful.

the bar was closed . you could only sit in the foyer, a shame. the beds felt a little narrow for two adults at 1.40m.

i found the location very convenient near the main train station, and the cathedral was quite close. the staff were friendly during check-in and offered helpful recommendations! they also provided water and snacks in the lobby, a nice touch. the room was simple, but it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

the room decor seemed a bit dated, perhaps reminiscent of the 80s.

the room featured nespresso coffee and a machine. a balcony offered a beautiful cathedral view though it was a bit small. the room was soundproof, blocking noise from the central train station.

the hotel staff was helpful and friendly. they spoke english fluently! i appreciated the receptionist's recommendations and their willingness to assist with any questions i had .

the hotel offered a large safe in the room, enough to store a laptop. complimentary coffee, tea and mineral water were provided! an ironing board with a steam iron was available in the room.

the breakfast had great options. the location stood just steps away from the train station. a nearby italian restaurant was close by.

the air con dial was glued on its lowest setting. the temperature was unbearable on my first night since it was mid 30s. some staff seemed unhappy when our cards needed changing because they kept not working. the carpet seemed dirty.
